Why I feel INTERSEX should be added to the LGBTQ rainbow

I feel it is now time to create more allies, create more supportive organizations, and give a way for organizations that want to become intersex inclusive direction on how they can help us end these atrocities that intersex people face.  These human rights violations are in regards to aborting healthy intersex fetuses, and ending non-consenting… Continue reading Why I feel INTERSEX should be added to the LGBTQ rainbow

Poem: Stop Cutting us With Steel

Stop Cutting us With Steel We are not a myth, We are real. We are hermaphrodites. To be cut by blade, and by steel. To be erased, by this cruel world. That is threatened by our existence. We are not myth, We are real. We are hermaphrodites. That word HERMAPHRODITE you even destroyed that too!… Continue reading Poem: Stop Cutting us With Steel

The FEMALE PENIS and the MALE VAGINA; and explaining this to our children.

Our kids are proof that it is about educating only about the male/female binary, and intersex erasure, that messes up the truth around natural bodily variations existing in us humans.  You see, our children were taught that intersex bodies existed, as soon as I realized I was not a disorder and was actually born intersex… Continue reading The FEMALE PENIS and the MALE VAGINA; and explaining this to our children.

Is my husband gay, now that I appear a man? I will use “Intersexual” as a Sexual Orientation.

Now that I appear a guy, my husband is often asked if he is gay?   It is a difficult question, since he has never been with a typical man before, nor wanted to be with one.   He was with only typical females before me. As some already know, I was born intersex, and… Continue reading Is my husband gay, now that I appear a man? I will use “Intersexual” as a Sexual Orientation.

The different types of Lesbians and Gay Men.

From the outside people see couples rather simply.  We can appear "heterosexual", "gay", "lesbian", or "bi-sexual".  When we realize that nature created a variety of people out there, we now realize that couples can be many different types of people.  When one stops to think about all the variety of bodies out there, such as… Continue reading The different types of Lesbians and Gay Men.

Why the “I” should come First: I LGBTQA+

We now know that intersex traits are very common in humans.  Some say that the occurrence of intersex traits is as high as 1 in 150.    Since this is the case, this an obvious scientific explanation to why we have so many different types of people walking around.  We have different sexual orientations, different… Continue reading Why the “I” should come First: I LGBTQA+

I CAN EXIST NOW! Thanks to a Lesbian trapped in a hairy man’s body.

In 2014,  I virtually met a man, who dealt with some of the same metabolic problems as ours.  Facebook had connected him to me through a support group I used to run.  I was his first contact who dealt with this same condition of ours. At the time I was pretty much roommates with my husband.… Continue reading I CAN EXIST NOW! Thanks to a Lesbian trapped in a hairy man’s body.
