Why is this a Human Rights Violation?

1. So called “experts” and  doctors can assign an intersex baby’s gender by the appearance of the genitals and how they interpret  the gender from it.  Here is the problem:  Gender is not in one’s genitals, and the size of one’s penis has nothing to do with it either!
2. Assigning female is happening even when sex chromosomes say XY (for male).
3. Even XX chromosomes do not always mean the baby will grow up to be the female gender.  Chromosomes can not prove gender.
4. There is also no regard to a female wanting sexual pleasure in their future; they all too often destroy the clitoris or penis with corrective surgery.
5. Transgender men successfully  prove all the time that a true man doesn’t have to have a typical sized penis.  So why would an intersex man be any different?
6. Transgender woman successfully prove all the time that beautiful woman can have a penis.
7. Genitals do not determine our gender.  Here is a question to ask ourselves: Why would doctors think a woman should not be worthy of sexual pleasure?  When they cut it off an intersex baby, when they assign them as female, isn’t this what they are saying?

These atrocities are occurring all around the world, not just one hospital.  Malta and Chile are  the only TWO countries at this time with laws to stop this atrocity!
