Poem: My thoughts about your Open Mind

One should not say they have to have an open mind, to be a person, friend…

That is jacked up.

Here are my thoughts when you say you can be my friend because you have an open mind.

The Earth was not flat, just because they thought it was at one time.

I exist if you have an open mind or not.

However, thank you for opening your mind.

Thank you for Learning new things.

Thank you for Learning we are real.

Ο

And out of the Grace of God they did not cut it off when they thought the Earth Flat.

So many mutilated, because of a closed mind.

Violated

Their human rights stripped from them.

Genocide

Ο

I was to be a girl,

whatever a girl is.

I am really a boy,

whatever a boy is.

Ο

We are real.

We are human.

Ο

We exist even if you close your eyes.

Ο

The Earth was not flat, just because they thought it was at one time.

I stand before you.

You can open your eyes now.
